Organisation of classes Year 7 Science classes are the same as all other core classes in the year except for Maths classes. Student assessment Students in year 7 are assessed by examinations held at the end of each term. These examinations assess work completed during the term. Each examination is divided into four sections that assess: Reports Student progress is reported twice per year: - Half-yearly report uses results from the Term 1 examination
- Yearly report uses results from the Term 2 and Term 3 examinations
Promotions and demotions Students will be moved into classes at the end of the year based on their results from the four term examinations. |
